Works as it should.
This is my first and only fitness tracker to date so this review will be as is and not compared to other brands. I did purchase two of these, one to work with an iOS device and one to work with an android device. From what I have read in the iOS reviews. The featured did stop working in the iOS 11 update. I do not know if that has been rectified yet as I am using iOS ten on an iPhone 5s. The watches came with the pill itself, instructions in both English and Chinese, a wrist strap and a charger. The instructions are very simple and straightforward, the charging lead however is very short. So you will probably be better with a USB extension or a USB dock. For both the watches I purchased the featured work really well so far. That said I have only been using them for 24 hours. On the Android so far I have not been able to unlock the phone using the this device, but that it what I bought it for so that ok for me. There are many customisable options and these are a lot of fun. The build quality is very good. The display is very clear, there is nothing cheap and shoddy about the look of this product. Replacement chargers are around £4 and wrist bands if various colours also around £5-10. So another bonus. The packaging is of really high quality. I can confirm, the battery life is very good, considering how much I have used this, I think it will easily last over a week with quite heavy use. It does track your steps, show battery remaining, shoe heart beat rate and calories Burnt. It will vibrate with alarm, phone call and message with is good because when my phone is on silent I can't always tell when it is vibrating. With this device I can be in another room and if I receive a call, the caller ID on the screen will tell me, who is calling. Also if I get an SMS text the name of the person will be displayed for a few seconds. However if I receive a message on Whatapp, I will only get a message notification with the vibration but no sender ID. It is dust and waterproof, but I would caution against using it in a shower as I know certain functions will stop working. That said, I paid around £24 for each of mine and for all the features that come packed into this device, it is more than worth it as a budget option, easily less than a quarter of the cost of anything similar. Both of you who know of Xaomi will know they are usually ahead of the market. So far as accuracy is concerned I can't say if it is the best or not, I would imagine most devices only give a ballpark figure this is based in the technology they employ to gather the statistics. However as a basic guide these things are highly recommended. The software is very simple to use, I would recommend spending some time navigating and familiarising yourself with the app and it's menu's as the more you use it, the more featured you will find and unlock. Overall, for its price, highly recommended. Thank you for taking the time to view my little rant.

Not Fit for purpose
The item looks smart and is lightweight. Battery life appears very good. Bad news is that the pedometer registers walking while sitting down on a bus. Heart rate monitor is wildly inaccurate and often shows pulse in the 40's. Sleep function only works if you sleep between certain hours, if you nap or sleep during the day it doesn't understand and record it. The friends function just does not work at all. Having paid out for a FitBit that only lasted 2 years and cost £100! My friend suggested this, she has the earlier version without the digital details- I do like to see the different details. This has excellent battery life, easy to read at a touch of the button, extremely cheap and I admit I was sceptical! Very impressed with this product, the strap is very comfortable and sits very nicely on my wrist. The battery is amazing, I have used this for a week and have 70% battery which is so much better than the previous watch I had. The feature showing the texts and calls that come through to your phone works very well and lets me know if I have a WhatsApp or Facebook message as well. Why need FitBit when you have this
Brilliant product. Avid used of Xiaomi products and it all started from this product. Super design, very light and brilliant build quality. I've been so impressed that after buying, I recommended to a few people and they all love it. Bought approx 4-5 for my family and they all love it. Excellent product - No need to spend so much on buying a name (i.e., FitBit), this clearly matches all of it's specs plus you get to change straps whenever you need and for cheaper costs. Good quality wearable
A good cheap smart watch. Its really good quality considering the price, the only frustrating thing is that it doesn't "talk" to western apps as it's a Chinese brand. The apps are ok, but not great. Good upgrade on original MiBand, far more accurate
Having used the original MiBand for 2 years I like the simple light weight unit a lot, but lately I got fed up with pulling my phone out to see what the time is. I never wear a watch so the MiBand 2 fits the job perfectly does the same job the orignal did but added bonus you can actually see what your doing with out pulling your phone out. battery life is about 15 days not as good as version 1 but then it's better, I tracked it around the golf club and the 1 was nearly 8 thousand step more 15000 6.93miles v 23,000 and 11 miles a 7000yrd golf club is 4 miles so version 1 is way out even with mssing fairways etc and daily bits I never walked and extra 4 miles. just updating the frmware via the app, always nice and simple :-) Xiaomi products are well made and bullet proof, but beware of cheap mibands and fakesVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

A Quality product
I got this to track how much activity (or not) I do. The app is good and very easy to use. I'm not convinced on the heart rate monitor at all but saying that it really is the only issue. The step count is good and the distance is very accurate. The calorie count is not saying you burned off thousands, it tells the truth and gives you an idea of what you are burning.
