The cleaner arrived quickly despite the Christmas confusion. Tried it on my DVD player which would no longer recognize a disc...............didn't make any difference, so something major wrong inside I guess. Tried it on my CD player and a combination of using the cleaning disc, and using the cleaner fluid on the actual CD has certainly improved it (no more skipping). Jury still out
Tried it, easy to use, no problem that part. 1st CD after cleaning ran great, no jumps. 2nd CD jumped so badly had to take it out, just couldn't listen to the music at all, ( was just a couple of jumps before cleaning) 3rd CD played fine. My CD Player in my Hi-Fi system wasn't playing CDs very well at all. It would skip parts of tracks on songs and keep jumping back within the tracks at times... I'm sure you get the idea. Well, was I going to take the unit apart to see if I could see what the problem might be, or spend just a little bit of money to see if cleaning the lens would do the trick. Good value - remove nodule
Good product. Watch the application of the cleanser on to the disk. There is a very small nodule on the end of the tube which should be removed. If you don't & squeeze too hard, the fluid will squirt too much fluid over the disk.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great item, works better then I expected . definitely worth the money I used it in my multi CD changer in my Jag
Works very well but be careful as the nozzle on the bottle does not have a hole in it ,, you will need to snip the end off or risk losing the fluid when it pops off when you squeeze to hard. Cd cleaning disk
This disk made a huge improvement to the volume and clarity of sound in my car CD player - wished I had used it years ago. As other reviews have said you need to carefully remove the bit of plastic on the nozzle of the cleaning liquid bottle and carefully put a drop of liquid on each of the two little cleaning brushes- the brushes are fragile and shed filaments easy which I was careful to remove before using it.
