Contact with supplier about problem, ignored.
I have had a problem with part of this order the strut mounts, I have tried emailing them on 4 occasions and I have just been ignored no reply. I have advised them on more than several occasions what the problem is, i.e the spacer would not fit into the top of the strut as it had a ridge in it I did try and sort this myself but I was unable to do.I asked them for what help they could and would provided and also advised them that I had to use my old parts and suggested a partial refund as I have had to use the bearings part, but because I have used my old strut tops I no longer have a need for these in any case one of them is unusable because of what I have already advised.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
