Definitely recommend this stuff!
Bought this for my deadlift as my hands were slipping on around rep 4/5 which was really getting in the way of my set. A little smidge of this stuff is enough to get your hands chalky and rough. Really helped and was able to get to 6 reps with ease. Really recommend this stuff. Doesn’t compromise grip strength like wraps may do. I really like this product I've been using it for years just a little squirt on the palm of your hands it only takes about 15 seconds before it dries to a white powder.. I use this liquid chalk at the gym for deadlifting and hanging leg raises it gives excellent grip. I would recommend this product if you want a good grip without using straps. Ok for a few lifts
It does work but not for long. I use for weight lifting for better grip and it will be alright for the first set then it comes off so you have to re-apply it.
