Three well-known stories from the Old Testament are found in Bible Adventures. Each story composes one of the three games within the cartridge.<br><br>The first game, "Noah's Ark," involves the story of Noah and consists of two worlds. In the first world, Noah must complete a checklist of animals to gather in pairs. Some are hostile, however, and will hurt him. In the second world, Noah must find food for the animals he has gathered.<br><br>The second game is "Save Baby Moses." As the mother of Moses, you must get him to the river and set him afloat as is told in the Bible. She must evade guards who are trying to stop her as well as spiders and naughty kids. Soaring cranes are apt to try and steal Moses from his mother's arms. There are several levels to this game, each increasing in difficulty.<br><br>"David and Goliath" is the final game. After protecting his sheep from lions and bears, David must evade hostile squirrels, scorpions, and goats on his way to the final battle with Goliath.<br><br>The Bible comes to the NES in Bible Adventures.Product Identifiers

Vintage Game Revisit

AVGN Was Right!
My niece watched a video review on this game and then remembered that she had it as a young child. She then told me that she wanted it for Christmas. So, I found a deal on Ebay and went ahead and bought it. I have watched the comical review of this game by the Angry Video game Nerd before, so I knew what to expect when I put the game in to test it. He was right. The game itself is bad. It is not unplayable, but very repetitive and it quickly becomes boring. There are 3 games total on this cart. And I am sorry to say, they are ALL comically bad. The only okay aspect of this game is the graphics and sound. They are typical for the NES at the time and don't look/sound too bad. Kind of Mario-like. The good aspects end there though. This game is okay to get for someone as a joke, or for nostalgic reasons, or maybe if you are a collector and need to finish a set of Bible games for some reason.
