MAJOR SOFTWARE PROBLEMS, stops after 2 scans
I bought this scanner to replace another Epson scanner, turns out there was nothing wrong with the old one.
There is a major problem between Epson software and WINDOWS 10 which updated on May 15th 2018 causing the scanner to stop after 2 scans and freeze, needing the mains power to be switched off to reset just for it to happen again.
Epson told me to remove the Microsoft update and reinstall the Epson software. I have spent about 6 hours of my time trying to sort out what is not MY problem.
This has caused me to loose 2 weeks of work as I rely on a scanner, who will compensate me for this?
Its a disgrace to Microsoft and Epson that customers are left in this predicament. I will be returning the scanner and try another make.
