compact easy to install
very easy to use, fits on the usb, the system then switches off the internal sound card , all done for you no fuss, I was have sound card issues with the constant update on windows 10 because this is external I don't have these problems any more. i have a sound bar on the computer so do know what would happen to the internal speaker if that is what you use I suspect you would have to get external speakers .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Brilliant good value item cannot fault
The 3.5mm jack on my laptop is broken and I can no longer use my headphones. Simple audio solution
Bought this unit because the internal audio device on my mini-PC had failed. This sound card worked straight out of the box, no drivers to install, just plug it in and adjust the sound level.
