Money well spent
This is a brilliant product, easy to use, just plug in and forget it. It's just a matter of getting your head around the timings. I've used it every day since it arrived. Basic but Functional
As a long time user of various sizes of slow cooker I am quite satisfied with this product. It heats up very quickly and I then have to manually turn to low,then subsequently to warm,until I want to serve it. With my other large slow cookers they have an auto setting which heats at High and then reduces to lower heat setting and you can then switch it down to keep "warm". That slow cooker cost much more and as I will not be using this unattended I am well pleased and have successfully cooked a 1.5 k of chicken in a casserole and also made veggie soup in a couple of hours. Quite a quick cooker in fact.Interior dish is very heavy to lift out when full and quite heavy when empty but it is very easy to clean.The lid is surprisingly light but very effective.
