I order two of these the first one was great it was some what easy to program and works well the range is a little short but well built. So I order another one. This one came in a open box (not happy about that) just figure someone didn't follow the instructions and return it. Won't program.
Bought this remote mainly because of the size. It was intended to be used when on my motorcycle. I followed the directions for setting it up. All worked as the directions said they should. Opener light flashed and door opened. The remote however would not lock in the program. I repeated the programing process many times with same result. I googled the remote and found this to be quite common for this model. Most had issues programming. It is cute, but the next size up remote works much better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

key fob type garage door opener
this is the second one of these I've bought. I got my wife one a few weeks ago for the door on her side of the garage, and decided to get one for my side as well. works fine. the only issue I had was the instructions said to program it you press the program button until the blue light stops flashing and becomes solidly lit...which it never did. I found through trial and error (on both of the units I bought) that instead the blue LED stops flashing and goes dark (rather than being solidly lit). Other than that...no problems. perfect little 2 button remote
And so many of the garage door remote controls for the latest generation of door operators are big and clunky or inferior quality. I ride a motorcycle every day and I need a remote control that can fit in my pocket and that I can feel with my left thumb. This one is perfect. And easy to program for any LiftMaster based door opener with a purple learning button. My door happens to be a craftsman which is made by LiftMaster and so it is compatible. Perfect size

Compact and very functional garage door remote control
Took less than 5 minutes from the time of receipt until it was programmed and placed on a key chain. Most of the time was consumed just finding the ladder to get access to the garage door opener program button with the opener mounted high in the overhead of the garage. Works perfectly. Solid feel.
