Great bargain for a fine piece of equipment
only repair needed was fabricating a cover for the battery compartment (used a piece of plastic from an old CD case that was lying around cut to fit). also, set of test leads were needed. When powered up all functions performed normally.

problems with meter,have to keep batteries out of it . has beeping noise when batterys are in and was corrosion at batteries
