Perfect for grouting around lead flashing
Does exactly what it claims to do. I used it around lead flashing over my bay window, easy to work with and dries quite quickly leaving a perfect finish. I intend ordering more for a bigger job.

Not an effective way of using repair cement
Decent mix of repair cement, but its too thick for a glue-gun tube to dispense. It wasn't possible to use all the product with the gun, so the tube had to be cut open with a large knife to get at it. Too much effort, I've used a similar product but in a resealable plastic tub and it was far easier to use with a knife to apply it.
