Bought as new never used but packaging could be slightly damaged, packaging wasn’t to badly damaged & just a slight dint on top of radiator hardly noticeable. Get the best, expensive but worth it
Had my old 2kw delivery longhi for over 20yrs, it was great. Replaced it last year with a cheaper 2kw and it was useless, couldn't warm up my man cave. Now bought a new de longhi and it is great.
