It works wonderfully.
I gave the water marks on my ceiling three coats of white emulsion, they still came through as though I hadn't done anything. I got Polycell damp seal amazingly fast and tried it straight away, I read the instructions and followed them to the letter, after three hours I gave them a light coat of emulsion even though I didn't need too but wanted the colour match to be perfect the result was amazing absolutely amazing. Following a flooding from a room above my ceiling had dried out sufficiently to paint. This product in its spray for was ideal and I gave it three coats of spry prior to painting with the emulsion.
