the alexa app is a little bit counter intuitive to start with but once you get used to it..... also a bit awkward that you have to log into your amazon account on pc ot phone in order to set the name of the device. once up and running the menus and apps seem faster than the previous version and the voice-control is much easier than typing stuff in cia the remote.

Doesn't work properly something is loose inside the remote so will probably have to buy another one it freezes and sometimes the screen goes blurry if I've been watching for a while so all in all will need to get another one when I can because this one doesn't work very well
