Extremely Happy.
Purchased the V6 Animal on Black Friday as a refurbished model after reading many wonderful reviews, but nothing could prepare me for the shock of what was delivered (2 days earlier than anticipated!) I swear, that this is not refurbished or reconditioned, it must be brand new as there is not a mark or speck of dust to be seen,the box is sealed and all warranty documents included. I may be showing my age, but I was super excited to use it and waited till midnight for it be fully charged so I could have a quick whizz round. I was surprised at just how much dirt and debris a speedy tour of the floor could pick up. It's easy to use, not to heavy a d picks up great. Poor at everything really. Looks nice though.
Battery lasted 6minutes (and 35 seconds to be precise) on the low power mode. Not long enough to clean upstairs of a 3-bed semi. Uncomfortable to hold, and horrible to empty - you need to get your fingers into the dust and dirt to pull it out. It has the capacity of about a mug full of dirt, any fibres get wrapped around the centre piece. Suction not as good as my Miele bagged vacuum. So, uncomfortable to use, poor battery life, small capacity and not great suction. Maybe I had a faulty one, but this is going back.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

FAN TASTIC!
I read a lot of reviews before I purchased this product and I have to say they were the deciding factor and, WOW, I was not disappointed! When I placed my order just before Christmas I saw the delivery date was around a week. I received it the very NEXT day! Fantastic service!! I just couldn't understand when unpacking it why it was in completely brand new packaging, box, cellophane the works. When I opened it I was even more delighted. The hoover looks brand new, not a mark or scratch as I was expecting. And oh my, it hoovers like a DREAM!! I felt like an excited kid at Christmas getting a brand new toy and couldn't stop smiling and telling everyone about it!! The listing states that it's refurbished but I cant see how! It is immaculate in every single way and is just perfect. I almost wanted to order another one as a spare! If you're considering buying this, just as I was, then don't hesitate. I am a single mummy and don't have a lot of spare cash and so this was a big gamble for me. It is one of the best purchases I have ever made. True value for money. My Cadburys purple Dyson cordless.
After almost falling backwards down the stairs with my cylinder type Dyson holding the machine in one hand and the brush bit in the other, coming down backwards tripped on the cord ,I finally decided to buy a cordless,absolutely love it, so light and powerful,and the tools are well designed especially the longer crevice tool,as before i found them too short to reach into gaps,easy to empty to,no need to go outside to the dustbin as the dirt just drops into the kitchen bin with no mess, makes cleaning fun now not such a chore,and the Cadburys purple of the Dyson Animal is just the icing on the chocolate cake,.....brilliant wish I'd got one earlier 😊Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Amazing..... I can't beleive it !!
For many many years, I have struggled with vaccuming dog hair up, every single day. I have owned Big fluffy dogs all my life. I have owned just about every vaccum on the market. I saw the Dyson cordless advertised, and did not think it could handle anything like my problem. But because of the ease of use, due to no cords, and the Dyson reputation, I chanced on the Dyson V6...... WOW It is so easy to use, and has so much power. It is not good on bin size, I need to empty it every few minutes, which is a pain, but the performance makes up for that. Gonna save for the V11 animal next !!! A Fantastic Hoover
Firstly you would not believe this is Reconditioned. It looks brand new . It is packaged so well and all the attachments are wrapped as if they are brand new too. The hoover is so straight forward to assemble and use . The suction power is amazing. It can be used as a hand held Hoover also, so the whole house and stairs can get hoovered and even your car as well if you have one . Great for those quick hoovering jobs
I already own a Shark hoover which is great for hoovering the whole house but needed something for those little jobs cleaning up after kids after dinner and the hallway where you don’t want to have to keep lugging the big hoover out. Using a brush just makes more dust! I didn’t want to spend a fortune so when I saw this Dyson refurbished with good reviews I thought I would give it a try. Dyson V6 Animal.
This is a really good cordless vacuum cleaner, came packaged really good too & to say this is a refurbished product it looked like i had bought brand new to be honest, all I found was a slight scratch on the wand (long tube). The boost button really makes the vacuum suck & you feel it stick to the carpet & it does pick up as much as your corded vacuum if I'm honest. I'm so impressed with this that I have just ordered the refurbished V8 Absolute for downstairs & will be using the V6 upstairs. Excellent machine
This vacuum is even better than my corded machine which is still good though I've used it for several years. I only bought this cordless machine because my disability made it difficult and painful to plug the old one in so I could only rarely vacuum my flat and I hate dirt. Now I can vacuum easily from my wheelchair. In addition, I haven't needed to use the boost because it's so good on standard suction. This is my fourth Dyson and they have never let me down so I expect an equally long life from this one. Lightweight with great accessories
I can't believe this is a refurbished item as it looks perfect. It arrived in excellent packaging - it looked brand new !!
