This adapter allows the use of a new MK4 LNB with an older Sky dish. The older Sky dish has an LNB support arm that is rectangular with a section 30mm x 20mm. The new MK4 LNB will not fit directly to the older sky dish without the use of this adaptor.

8 way Octo Very good Item
This item also comes with the little plastic stopper / plug to secure your new octo on to existing arm of the satellite dish, glad it did because I lost the original when taking the old 4 way off. This was a perfect fit on my MK2 dish, easy to fit, replaced and connected up all my exsisting cables took about 15 mins, took me longer to sort out my folding ladders :) Saved me a small fortune doing it myself. Very quick postage too. Many thanks 👍

Quick fix !
Did the job... old one got destroyed by a young crow who should have gone to SpecSavers. This one is presumably the new standard diameter...as I had to wrap some foam tape around the old LNB to pad it out to by a couple of millimetres. No alignment issues fortunately!
