Simple phone to use
As an entry phone to Microsoft, this phone is great value packed with features and not to pricey whilst you decide if a Microsoft phone is for you. It is a nice size without being to large, has a good battery life depending of course on what and how many apps you install. It is reasonably rugged for day to day use and simple to use. GREAT phone,average O/S
It's a truth that MAAANY people don't like Windows 10. For various reasons,all of which seem to be it's complexity/unreliability. Oh,sure-you'll see adverts on tv of people smiling like loons as they max the efficiency without breaking sweat....but people like yiou and me...well,we want-nay,NEED,the whole thing simplified. Well...along comes the Microsoft 550 - and I have to say,what an EXCELLENT mobile smartphone it is. It really is. However,the W10 o/s on it,is really lacking in simplicity AND abilities. Joe Average wants a 'phone that'll be a benefit to have on him [or her],NOT a 'phone that'll cause "Heads down,expletives at the ready" type postures when that phone is NEEDED,not just being ENJOYED. I know M/soft'll give you 500 reasons why W10 walks on water...and maybe,to those with computer acumen,it does...but to Joe & Josephine Average,it's boots leak as it does so....and Android is a very close competitor....without the need for expletives....so,all-in-all,three stars. Easy To Carry, But Battery Run's Out Quickly.
