Amazing speakers, and not just for the money. Not fussy about placement or about anything to be honest. I haven't experienced any of the vinyl wrapping problems that others have talked about so it doesn't happen on every set of speakers.

Wharfedale 121 speakers
These speakers were a great deal for £75.00 . They are responsive and have a good punchy base . I've paired them up with a marantz mcr 610 . I also spent time bi wiring them which I think makes a difference . These are the fore runners to the new 220's and can be found for a good price .

121 Not so fun?
I have a great love of the Diamond range from the amazing first version up to the diamond 7's. However this 121 version seem to lack the diamond magic, it also lacks top end clarity, mid's & bass are good, but it just fails to impose it's self on the room. Also requires a lot more power than the 7.1 of the Q : Acoustic 2020 which is a far better choice!,in my view.
