Pleased to say that this does everything I wanted it to.
I bought this as a protective case for my large and expensive laptop, as it is used to control digital music equipment and will soon be taken out into the wilds of Gigland. I already have a van's worth of heavy duty flightcases and wanted something lighter that would still be protective. I'm pleased to say that this does everything that I wanted it to and looks smart as well; also it's a lot cheaper than a full flight case.
