I take 2T of this product with a yogurt shake blended with a banana. It tastes good and I know it is helping me healthwise. I had a bout with gout recently that sent me to the doctor's office, as my right toe hurt so bad. Uric acid that is too high causes gout, and Tart Cherry lowers it. So far it has done a great job. Life changing!!!
My physical therapist daughter recommended this product to me. I have used it for about a year. The bottom line here is this: At first, when I traveled, I did not take it with me.
