I have had Halogens before, They are quicker than a regular oven and easier to keep clean. this one seems to take longer to cook for some reason and the handle doesn't stay up so it's difficult to pick up the lid and nigh on impossible to place it in the stand. for the money. its still a good buy though!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The design of the Cooker, particularly the heater part, has improved over my previous one. It is easier to remove the chromium panel for cleaning. Also the baskets for cooking items are a bonus.
