They are tiny, only work for a couple exercises
I assumed these would be normal sized bands so you could do overhead shoulder presses, squats etc. But these bands are tiny. If I hold them under my foot and stretch them as far as they go they barely reach my thigh. Good value overall but check the size before buying!
This product is as advertised and good value for the price. The only thing I would recommend to buyers is to check the dimensions before buying to make sure that it suits your needs. I did not do this and assumed from the images that the bands would be longer than they are, which restricts the type of exercises that I am able to do with them but I have been able to get creative and still use them for what I need. Pro's: - Clear resistance ratings from "extra light" to "extra, extra heavy" providing a good range - Drawstring carry bag to keep them all together neatly Con's: - Shorter than expected (my fault for not reading the description clearly). - I haven't been using them long enough to speak to the durability but some of the lighter bands feel like they could break under too much tension so I have been more hesitant to stretch them to their limits.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great set of bands, really good value for money and would definitely recommend. The lighter bands are a bit thin so I had to position just right so they didn't roll up (probably just me) but otherwise are good quality and have been using daily since purchasing. Just did my 1st 30 min work out at home :)
I actually bought these to use at the gym seen a lady using them!! Safe resistance training.
The bands are strong, well made and just long enough to do the job comfortably for myself... 6' tall. They return to their original shape well. The number of them, and the varying resistance, gives agood level of variable resistance allowing for a warm up of the motion you are performing and then working up to giving you a good comfrotable work out. Not being in good physical shape; as in somewhat disabled all over, they are a reasonably safe way to get some resistance exercise without being too strenuous. The bands are good quality, I have no worries even with the thinnest band. They come with a lifetime warranty for that extra bit of peace of mind. Not bad
If you don't have a lot of money (like me) but you are looking to tone up etc this is a great product. I do feel as though the resistance of the band has become looser seeing as I have used it every day for the past 2 weeks for around 1-2 hours each time.
