My old radio couldn't pick up the DAB + signal of a local station that i like, but was fine on FM. Initially the hepburn couldn't pick up the DAB+ either but by moving it forward an inch it can 95%of the time- it's a dead spot in the kitchen so really pleased it found the signal. Signal is brilliant throughout the rest of the house and garden. Its great that you can read the signal strength for different areas. But FM on the hepburn can't pick up that particular radio station as well as the old radio. The sound quality is excellent and adjustable, loud, and it looks great. I bought the extra battery too which so far is good too. got a few days of listening on 12v.... not quite sure how many hours. Delivery was quick. Overall highly recommended.
