Complete with a heavy duty, swivel nickel plated trigger clip and a floating welded nickel plated O-ring in the handle so it can be adjusted to half the size if required.

Efficient for its intended purpose
It was great in terms of length and strength but the fabric can cut your hands if doggie pulls. We wear gloves to solve the problem . Otherwise it doesexactly what we want.
