Better than when I was a kid!
Hated Cod Liver Oil when my Mum gave it to me on a spoon - it's OK now in a capsule. This is the best value that I've been able to find. Comes adequately-packed in a grip-seal [so it goes through the letter-box easily], but you do need to find some air-tight plastic bottles to decant into - otherwise the gel-caps will soften and go sticky if the grip-seal is opened every day. I use the bottles acquired from the well-known chain that I used to buy my cod-liver capsules from, before they upped their prices. This way, I've cut my costs by two-thirds and the quality is just as good - brilliant!

Looks like any other branded Cod Liver Oil capsule, high strength means bigger capsule so just as hard to swallow. Put them all in a branded pot and nobody would know the difference. I didn't experience and fish smells after consuming, which is probably the most important statement reviewing Cod Liver oil.
