Really easy and you can feel the benefit quickly
Brill, it’s ready to go right out of the box. You can feel it working pretty quickly, easy to get into a routine with it. Made well, the mat could have been longer and thicker but no big deal. Down sides for anyone that wants instruction, No dvd, no exercise leaflet. It’s still really good though.
