Magic . I wouldnt normaly review some thing like this but this really works. Id did jetwash first before i purchased a bottle ( as unhappy with what the jet wash didnt remove). I applied as directed and used a £5 hand sprayer. Went on hols for a week. Came home and the diffrence was clear. A much brighter patio. Green clearly gone away. I used it also on the green on my render and painted and stone walls. Yes it works. It is a considered purchase as to the cost of the tub. But once you see the results you be keen to use it else where. Ratio is 1.9 so its going to go a long way. Hope my review is of help reassuring you. Go for it. Highly recommend. Remember to keep pets inside until dry and dont spray on treasured plants. I used it on my terracotta pots too, it gets the green off but still leaves some black spots. Really poor performance
A complete waste of money. Made the expensive decision to buy 2 bottles as some of the reviews highly rated the product. I diluted product as per instruction on the bottle. Left it for 2 days on the patios I had treated and nothing changed. E mailed the supplier whose reply was just to follow the instructions, which I had already done and made that clear in my e mail. Decided to double the amount of product in the mix, left it 3 days on the patio and still nothing. Rubbish. Eventually I decided to jet wash both patios as this product did not work. Does what it claims to!
I have used quite a few differing types of moss removal liquids over the years and most do not live up to their advertising blurb, but Ultima Plus works exactly as it says. When I looked at the amount you have to dilute it and I wasn't expecting much, I followed the instructions and used it late in the day when no rain was expected, the rain held off for around six hours so it didn't have its optimum recommended time to "soak" in. After a couple of days I could see the heavy moss on my roof turning from bright green to yellow and brown and where it was sprayed onto algae on my drive and paving most of that had turned black by the next day. Some small patches had to have a reapplication but I think that was where the rain had washed it away before it had a real chance to work. Seems expensive but not when you think that 5 litres makes 95 litres of moss remover that really does work. It's been a few months since I applied it and no moss or algae has returned. Not bad for the price.

This product is amazing! you can use it on wood as well. We used it on our decking and fencing and the flag stones and within a day you could see it working completely got rid of the green algae. Very Effective - Does The Job.
Used at recommended strength 1 to 9 on my badly black mould stained garden paving stones. Be patient - it takes a week or so before results are apparent. Now several weeks on, my stones are as new. Liquid Ninja in a Bottle
To say most other moss killing products only give you about 25L and this gives you 95L I thought, I bet it's not as good, especially as it was also a lot cheaper. Wrong, it's great and it works, much to my surprise. I'm glad I gave it a go. Not only did it cost half the price but I got nearly three times as much. Amazing product mixed it as per instruction used a watering can and applied to my block paving and within 4 days all the weeds had disappeared, that was 3 weeks ago and so far no weeds have returned only time will tell how long it keeps the weeds at bay.
