Excellent lighting strip, and the 'automatic feature' is really effective. Easy to fit. Good product but a bit expensive.
Product is fine and easy to install once the body of the carriage has been removed. Does not require any further attention as lights controlled by movement. A really good detail to add to your layout
I have now fitted 10 units to my coaches and it's made a difference to the way the details of the coach and the layout look. The only thing that I needed to consider was the length of the coach that the light strip could fit in. Short wheel base coaches are a problem and on older coaches some cuts need to be made to the seat moulding roof end to take the battery housing, the batteries last a long time. Wireless Train-tech coach light, fantastic item.
Great item, I used it in 4-wheel coach, had to cut it down which was easy to do with a scissors and diagram is included to show you where to cut it. Installed it to the roof of the coach with poster putty, Slightest movement turns on lights they stay on until train stop as which time they will continue to stay on for about four minutes. Its ingenious that the lighting can be so compact now. The coach lighting strips are easy to fit, add authenticity to the carriage and bring further realism to a layout.
