I don't know what happened to the item, but it has visible scratches, probably because it has been dropped or fallen to the floor. It doesn't come with the handler (which does appear in the picture), neither a warranty. Great compact bluetooth speaker
My friend bought one these along while on our holiday and I was blown away by the quality and sound of it. You can join up to 16 of these speakers via bluetooth which is unusual as you usually have to unconnect and reconnect every time you want to change devices.
