Lost weight feel netter diabetes improving
I have been on this supplement now for a couple of years and have list weight and my appetite is reduced. However my hba1c the measurement of my diabetes has improved. I added Apple Cider Vinegar as well- this combination works for me.

Beware of potential kidney failure
These tablets caused such an adverse reaction to my health that I had to be hospitalised for a 24 hour period because my stomach brought it all back up. Anyways cut a long story short I've been told that the ingredients in these capsules contribute to early organ failure if taken for a short period and long term basis. I've chucked them away and won't be using them again. They caused me to be extremely nauseous I also was very sick and unwell 🤒 Please do purchase these tablets I am only just recovering and don't want anyone else to buy these. Your best bet for detox drinks and tablets would be holland and Barrett's as they are certified and well known amongst the pharmaceutical industry! What a waste of £8.00 never again!

It's not doing anything but makes you tired
I heard a lot of stories about garcinia and I thought I should give it a try as an adjuvant in my diet and exercise program. Honestly, the effect is 0 plus it is making you tired and it is eating up all your energy. I would't recommend this as I was so close to give up my exercise program because I was feeling dizzy and tired. Waste of money!
