Neat and uncluttered, good Quality
This is an actual bath filling mixer tap and combined overflow... unlike the thing that I bought first, which said it was a bath filler tap, but was only an outlet with no valves. ( I would have needed to connect it to a shower thermo bar or separate valves). It looks very neat and gives an uncluttered bath top which is easy to keep clean. Two things to be aware of; 1, You won't get the same filling speed as you would with traditional bath taps, as the pipe diameter reduces at the valve area and the mixer valve itself does allow the same water flow. This may make a big difference or not depending on your water heating system and water pressure to your home. 2, There is a large nut that clamps the assembly over the inner and outer sides of the bath wall. In my case the bath wall was too thin for the nut to be able to clamp sufficiently, (the threads for the nut stop before the nut could fully clamp), I used a washer from a 32mm waste pipe compression fitting under the nut to extend it's reach and problem solved. The kit comes with two chrome blanks, to blank off where the old taps were. In my case it was a new "L" shaped bath that didn't have pre drilled tap holes. The bath will be mainly used for showers, so the increased filling time is not really an issue. Hope this helpsVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Swapping bath taps for control valve filler.
The bath looks so amazing tapless, clean lines and the filler control valve adds to the aesthetics. So pleased with this item, neat, clean lines, effective. wish I had got rid of my bath taps years ago. No more tap gunk!
