In a hard water area this unit will only work properly for about 1 season. It is guaranteed for 2 years.I would recommend anyone buying this unit to return it under guarantee BEFORE your 2 years comes to a close. I have had 3 of these units and the result is always the same.There does not seem to be an alternative on the market and until they REDESIGN this unit we are stuck with it .The unit will start to stick in one position and therefore stop spraying over its full range.Stripping it down is NOT advisable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
