Not quite what it says on the tin
The instruction manual isn't entirely clear about the sequence of operation but it did seem like the one I had was faulty. The laser did not cut off after 4seconds; neither did the distance measurement appear until I pressed the button for a third time. Epictools were very helpful in suggesting it might be a battery problem, and when it turned out not to be they offered to replace it. As I write, the replacement is on its way and the original has been returned to Bosch.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does not continually measure
