Hard to view the inside ice
I wanted to start a game at my bar using three dice but they have to get six of kind to win the pot, but the only problem is the customers cannot make out the inside die through the clear container they remain in, not sure because of the red color or there just to small, all know is the inside dice have to match the out side dice, using three dice in order to get six of a kind, getting a white bottom that the dice rest on helped a bit but not enough to sell anyone on the game. Not sure what to do, maybe if the inner dice we're white instead of ed would help but just not sure that would do it either. I'll have to shop around for a bigger set so the inside dice a larger and more readable also.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Double dice added new level of fun to 10,000
Really like the whole concept of double dice: Points within points! Husband was always asking me to play him 10,000, and I was BORED with the game until I sprang this double set on him. Even when he's the one rolling, I'm engaged because it takes both of us to make sure things get added up right. Naturally, additional points system makes the game of 10,000 move along faster, which is good for those of us suffering from impatience, lol. We've been making up "bonus point" rules that seem to work great, plus we've added the chance to penalize points if the roller misses something (but the opponent catches it). My husband isn't terribly fond of their light weight, but I don't mind the light weight at all. Plus, I like the melodious tinkling sound they make in play. The plastic could be scratchable, I think, but standard play with jewelry on fingers hasn't resulted in any dings after several rounds of use. Haven't noticed that they favor any sides, or anything like that. They seem balanced. Even the interior dice are always surprising. Really a fun set.
