Good to see this film, originally broadcast on Channel 4 I believe, but available only in the U.S.A. until this verion appeared.
A fine example of the acting skills of Billy Connolly in this Scottish criminal period piece, apparently based on fact. Only criticism is the rather strange and relatively small picture format.
