Over sight
The tablets are working for me the only thing I found was at the beginning of taking them was the bloating and trapped wind in your stomache was so uncomfortable at times. More so when taking the recommended dosage I reduced the dosage and I haven't had the severity of bloating now as I did its manageable for me now I am losing weight slowly and the tablets are helping me to suppress my appetite which is great I regulate the dosage now to suit my needs without feeling over bloated as I did at the start and Its enough to help to curb my cravings
