    I Love This DVD Recorder/Combo VCR Very Much. This Is My Favorite Brand and Model Made in 2008. When I First Got this Recorder/VCR Combo It was in 2008 and It Takes all Copy righted Tapes and Non Copy Righted Tapes By Pressing DTV On The control, This Is My 2nd One Of This Model and Brand. MAGNAVOX is a Best brand For Great DVD recording. In the future I will Get another One From The website When it Dies Out.

    lightweight with less than great features.

    Will not read some of the DVDs. VHS has some pictures where it has interference and the picture rolls. I have to stop it and start it and sometimes it improves. Have not tried to record. Giving it a little time to see if it improves. If it continues to have problems is it warrantied?

    Excellent VCR/DVD

    This is the second Magnavox ZV450MW8 DVD Recorder and VCR Combo that I own. My first one lasted about 10 years and I needed another one for the bedroom. This product does everything you expect and more, excellent product.

    Needs remote to record

    This item requires the remote to record or transfer from VHS to DVD. Also, first few seconds of using VHS portion the tracking is off, in the manual they say this is not a flaw it’s just the nature of the machine.
