Not the same caliber as the Littmann
There should be 2 tubes, one from each ear piece and this only has 1 large tube. Definitely not the same caliber as the Littmann. For me it is a temporary while my other is gone to Littmann for repair, so I will manage. FYI Littmann has good warranties. And even if nothing is really wrong, send it in every few years and they will continue to replace your tuning under warranty.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Tubing is flexible, sound through tubing is comparable to litmann card3 however, Ear tips don't seal, and they cracked upon switching them out. Ordered new tips & the ear tubes r 2 thick, cracked new ear tips as well. The ear piece arms r weak, and don't stay formed in the direction of ear canal, requiring you to hold them & constantly bend them forward. Ear tip came off in my ear during an exam of a patient.... embarrassing right! I Should have just bought a new litmann from jump. If they can fix the ear arm & ear tip issues, it would be a dream come true for those of us just wanting to change our litmann cardiology 3 tubing without paying a lot of money. I am glad that they refunded my money and allowed me to keep the item. However, it does not change the review of the product. If you know where to shop for ear tips that have larger openings than Littmann by all means order it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Looks nice but works poorly

Poor acoustics
