wonderful taste
wonderful taste, very spicy but not easy to spread on slightly damp meat? Should maybe have dried first with paper towel. Used quite a lot which makes it rather expensive for frequent use, but delicious!

Made the classic jerk chicken with it then made a gravy with it, then added to my bbq sauce recipe and now it’s a main ingredient in my bbq sauce , and it went down very well with the people who consumed the dishes, only fault is it was a bit late but I don’t think that was your fault 😎✌️
