Good and simple to use.
I bought this as I was doing some macro work that needed a backlight. I use a Canon 7D and a 580 EXII Speedlight. The off camera shoe cord works well. I realise that I could use the remote triggering system BUT it requires the pop up flash on the camera to be activated and it's light can be seen in the image. A radio trigger could be used but it needs batteries and that's just another complication I just don't need when shooting. So...simple system which works for me.....every time. It can, of course be used with any flash which will work with your camera. My only criticism would be that it could have had a longer cord.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
