Great features and performance for the price range.
Easy assembly which took about an hour by myself. The only fiddly part was connecting the cables so needed another pair of hands to hold the handlebars while I did that. Very smooth and quiet while in use. Tried all 8 levels of resistance. Level 8 might not be enough for fit youngsters but it's more than enough for a couple in their 50's! I'm happy with levels 3 and 4. The seat is quite comfortable. I can use the bike for 30 minutes without going numb "downstairs" unlike the exercise bikes at the gym. Bike isn't too heavy so is easy to move around on a laminate floor; might be trickier on carpet though.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The packaging is quite funny it says on the box, unpack carefully so if necessary you are to return it in the same manner as to which it was originally packed. No chance there was at least a roll of sellotape holding it all together and no matter how careful I was, not a single piece of packaging remained whole. Once inside further disappointment the two sides (both plastic) were not aligned so the first ten minutes were spent stripping it down and rebuilding, the screws were so tight the Phillips screwdrivers supplied just rounded off and did nothing. The screws in the blister pack had so much powder coating I had to recut all the threads before assembly. To be fair it does say made in Taiwan! Once all put together as a piece of exercise kit it is a 5 star and all ready is giving me good value for money. I feel sorry for those not so lucky as to be able to assemble, if they are all like mine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Brilliant bike but fails to go the extra MILE...
Real good bike, has some pretty nifty features like you'd expect (BPM count, distance etc) however, the one thing I'm personally not a fan of is the fact that you can't (to my knowledge) switch the distance value from kilometres to miles. I would expect something at this price to be capable of something so simple. The York exercise bike was delivered well before I expected it that was excellent. It took about 2 hours to unwrap it check the list of components and build the bike,I thought the instructions were good. The only problem is, how do I switch off the information on the lock which tells you the speed time etc I can only do that by pulling out the batteries I can’t find another way?
