Great for interval training
This item is a handy gadget for stopwatch timing and interval training. I bought it to use as an interval timer since my tredmill does not have one built in. It is easy to program and use and the construction is very sturdy. It doesn't seem like it would get hurt much if you dropped it a lot, although I have not tested the theory. The reason I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars was because the alert beep it too quiet. If you have the music up loud when you are working out, you can't really hear the beeping. Gymboss is outstanding
I am very pleased with the quality, size and fuctionality of the Gymboss. I've had other interval timers and this one is by far superior that it allows you much more timing options. It is very versatile and easy to use even if you are a begineer, this allows you to start off where you are in your fitness and build from there.
