Good for crafting
I find this varnish to be consistent easy to apply dries well and take as many coatings as you want. I use it on most surfaces including material I’ve even mixed small bits in it to give a desired effect. Water based so you can wash out the brushes in soapy water. A good crafting varnish for all crafts.

A great varnish, tough and gives a great finish
This is a great varnish. I used it on my desktop on to which I'd decoupaged wallpaper to cover up some scratches and flaws. A couple of coats of the satin Polyvine Decorators Varnish was followed by one of the dead flat matt, and the resulting surface is really hard-wearing and looks great. I'm delighted with the result and would highly recommend this varnish.

Great varnish for upcycling furniture
This does a lovely job as varnish protection over chalk based furniture paint. I particularly like the Dead Flat Matt which is the best matt varnish I have tried on furniture. A little goes a long way so economical.
