Maybe I expected a beginners book on how to use the fryer. The book is basically a receipe book which included lots of different inclusions. I just wanted a book on using a fryer to start with not a recipe book that would have been later & with much simpler & basic meals. Good for a first air fryer cookbook.
I saw this cookbook when there was a programme on the t.v. using the recipes. I borrowed it from the library. There's a couple of recipes with no temperature given. I did then buy it and found that this version had the temperatures in. I do feel that really it's recipes with just the air fryer temperature..
