Get on it to improve performance
I’ve used this product as part of my training for a number of years and there is some viable data showing benefited of nitrates such as beetroot It can and has improved my performance when training and in fact in the majority of times improved times by 10% It’s best taken two to three weeks before an event or take it then abstain for two weeks and start again Great product and good price

Small Bottle ...... heaps of energy!
I bought these on the recommendation of a fellow runner and was little dubious at first! I usually have one in the morning of a race for extra oomph and I've not been disappointed ..... yet. I will say it is an acquired taste but not that you can't drink it. Would definitely recommend using.
