Johnny Knoxville and his mad companions leap off TV screens onto the big one in Jeff Tremain's film. Expect the usual mad, gross out japes, from making snow cones out of urine to taking a dump in display toilets in bathroom outlets, from racing golf carts over hallowed greens to tightrope walking over alligators, nothing is too extreme. Yet the very harmlessness of it all (except to themselves) makes it less cruel and at times very, very funny.
