Great recipes
I was drawn to Monica Galetti,s book after I watched her cooking on T.V. I’ve only made two recipes so far Prawns and sumac in spaghetti and I was quite pleased with my self, It was delicious . The second recipe was Steak chimichurri and burnt butter mash that was lovely as well. These are meals that to me were restaurants quality and I am planning my next dish.
