It's not Maximum Overdrive
I saw "Trucks" years ago, and even though it's not "Maximum Overdrive". it is still a pretty good movie. The characters are entertaining, and the plot is identical to M.O. I have seen a lot worse movies...all in all, it keeps you hooked, and if you are a fan of Big trucks as I am, it is a plus. Trucks 1998 DVD
Good movie and the second version based on the Stephen King short story "Trucks" (after Maximum Overdrive). The quality of the DVD is on par with early DVDs made within the first 5 years of the format (1997). Don't buy this if your expecting high definition quality....buy it because you collect movies. Trucks is more faithful to the original story and Maximum Overdrive has AC/DC for the soundtrack. DVDs are dirt cheap these days....buy both and break out the beer and popcorn.
