I have used several well known aquatic medicines and this is the best by far. The others have killed off fish and not treated the fish from their diseases. I have several aquariums, some have bettas and some are community tanks. Anyone that keeps bettas will know that the males often catch their fins and breeding them can be brutal on both the male and female, so this large bottle comes in very handy, even though it is a fairly big layout it pays for itself and works out better value compared to the small bottles. I only ever use Esha products now as I have found them to be gentle and they actually work. Never had any fish killed when using this product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
