Essential for everyone!
These chewable tablets are very easy to take and have a pleasant flavour. Calcium is essential for everyone in the UK as the levels of vitamin D and low in the winter months. Also the added benefits of zinc selenium and magnesium are said to help protect against covid! Although they may seem a little pricey I believe it's well worth it for a good quality tablet and the health benefits they bring.
